This unique Prestige carving set features a large folding knife with platinum brass handle and fork. A remarkable model that adds a new dimension to the art of serving and cutting.
Ebony is a precious wood from which only the heartwood produced by the ebony tree, which grows in tropical regions, is used. Its main quality is its almost black color and high density.
As most of the materials used are of natural origin, it is likely that their appearance (color, veining, grain) varies from one article to another.
This set includes a folding carving knife with a total length of 38.50cm and a large carving fork with a total length of 28.50cm.
The size of the knife indicated is the length of the closed knife.

To protect the handle in daily use, our knives are fitted with end bolsters. The so-called mitres are made of steel or traditionally of brass and close off the handle. They are individually forged and attached to the drilled and polished plates.
