This pocket knife available on our official online store, is made in France in our Manufacture in Laguiole according to the cutlery tradition dating back to 1828.
The size indicated corresponds to the length of the closed knife.

To protect the handle in daily use, our knives are fitted with end bolsters. The so-called mitres are made of steel or traditionally of brass and close off the handle. They are individually forged and attached to the drilled and polished plates.
Our table knives have a so-called tang, an extension of the blade to which the handles are attached.
