Stéphane Rambaud was born in Lyon in 1968. He trained at the Ecole de Coutellerie de Nogent, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for Best Apprentice in 1987.
He joined the Forge de Laguiole in the summer of 2005. Stéphane Rambaud makes exceptional knives according to his inspiration or customer request.

This exceptional knife is a 12cm 1-piece model, with a full mammoth ivory heart handle with escutcheon. This knife has a classic, streamlined style with brass plates and rivets.
