The blade - sommelier knives

The blades of our sommelier knives are sharpened so that you can cut the capsule easily and cleanly.

The Handle

Precious wood, horn, bone or even mammoth molar - we carefully select the materials for our handles. By hand, our knifemakers carve and shape each individual handle.

The Bolsters

To protect the handle in daily use, our knives are fitted with end bolsters. The so-called mitres are made of steel or traditionally of brass and close off the handle. They are individually forged and attached to the drilled and polished plates.
