The sommelier knife is an iconic product of Manufacture Forge de Laguiole. These new models are distinguished by a hand-chiseled spring and a bee. This touch of refinement recalls the
heritage of these exceptional knives. Each motive is precisely made by our cutlers, making each piece unique.

This customisation is available for our entire range of sommelier knives, allowing you to choose your handle material, a high polish or satin finish, as well as the options: damascus blade and pinot
engraving.

All sommeliers are based on the same model, the prototype of which was developed in collaboration with professional sommeliers. They feature a sharpened blade, a 5-turn conical scrow and a molded stainless steel lever, optimizing the functionality of the entire product.
