Each <strong>exceptional knife<\/strong> is a unique piece, entirely handcrafted, embodying the excellence of <strong>French cutlery craftsmanship<\/strong> upheld by Forge de Laguiole since 1987.<\/p>\n<p>St\u00e9phane Rambaud, Master Cutler<\/p>\n<p>Born in Lyon in 1968 and trained at the \u00c9cole de Coutellerie de Nogent, St\u00e9phane Rambaud was awarded the gold medal for Meilleur Apprenti de France (Best Apprentice of France) in 1987. He joined the Forge de Laguiole manufactory in 2005, where he creates unique <strong>Laguiole folding knives<\/strong>, true to the identity of the <strong>authentic Laguiole knife<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A 12 cm Laguiole knife in green reconstituted stone with a mammoth ivory bolster inlay, finished with St\u00e9phane&#8217;s signature touches: a twisted spring and a bee with brass wings.<\/p>\n<p>This <strong>12 cm Laguiole folding knife<\/strong> is distinguished by its handle in <strong>mammoth molar<\/strong>, enhanced by a juniper wood inlay and bolsters.
