The masterpiece foldable knife assortment includes the most remarkable and rare pieces from our ateliers comparable to the art of jewelry making. They are handcrafted, among others, by master knife smith, Stéphane Rambaud.
Stéphane Rambaud was born in 1968 in Lyon, France. He trained at the school for Cutlery and Knife Making in Nogent, where he was awarded the gold medal for best apprentice in 1987.
Stéphane Rambaud and our master knife-smiths create exceptional folding knives, many inspired by individual customers.
Each of these unique creations are entirely handmade in our ateliers in Laguiole.
This exceptional knife has a full handle made of Caucasian walnut, the shape of the handle is reminiscent of a corncob. Instead of a bee, an elegant loop adorns the knife so that you can always carry it close to you.

This stainless steel is the result of a perfectly balanced combination of carbon and chrome providing an exceptional cutting edge while guaranteeing a high durability.
