The Forge de Laguiole Art Cutlery collection brings together the rarest and most remarkable pieces from our Laguiole workshops. These exceptional knives, created as unique pieces, embody the full expertise and craftsmanship developed and perfected since 1987. True works of fine cutlery, they are designed for enthusiasts and collectors of high-end knives.

Stéphane Rambaud, a renowned master cutler, was born in 1968 in Lyon. He trained at the prestigious Nogent School of Cutlery, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for Best Apprentice of France in 1987, a symbol of French excellence in knife-making.
He joined Forge de Laguiole in the summer of 2005, where he designs and creates exceptional Laguiole knives, crafted either from inspiration or to bespoke order, always respecting traditional cutlery techniques.

Each knife in the Forge de Laguiole Art Cutlery collection is entirely handmade, ensuring a unique piece with a distinctive character and flawless finishing.

This exceptional folding knife is a 12 cm model, featuring an elegant mother-of-pearl handle with ebony inlay.
It stands out with a harmonious guilloché pattern that extends across the spring, the bee, and the blade, highlighting the precision of the craftsmanship.

The stainless steel bolsters and polished finishes throughout the knife enhance the exceptional quality and elegance of this high-end Laguiole knife, a perfect combination of cutlery tradition and contemporary creativity.
